Kent L. Wilson, MBA, Chief Compliance Officer

Kent began his career in the United States Navy as a Diver and Explosive Ordnance expert.  After leaving the Navy, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eckerd College and an MBA from Rollins College.

Throughout his career, he has become a recognized expert in Enterprise Operational Excellence and served as CEO, COO, or Regional COO for several organizations (both profit and nonprofit), including Schwan's Home Service, Inc., Ocean Wines International, the National Football Foundation, and FPMC, Inc.

In addition to his Foundation responsibilities, Kent is currently a sought-after Senior Business Consultant in Operational Turnaround Strategy and Value Enhancement and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
